There are some people who could no longer keep and maintain health so as to look fast older in the age that still was young. This could be understood because living expenses are more severe and life issues are more complex. The complexity of the problems of life to make someone's appearance is no longer life, as burdened with the stress that no letup from day after day.

Indeed, healthy living and life is the desire of each person. People who have old age, want to like in appearance while still young. Therefore, to meet the desire, there are efforts that are carried out in that direction, for example, to undergo plastic surgery. Faces are wrinkled, up to look younger through several efforts.
    There are a few tips for living healthy:
    • Jelly consumption for the health of hair and nails. Jelly contains the materials that make nails and hair become healthy, and also good for digestion.
    • Standing by a vertical will make the body become better. Do light exercise with the position of the spine upright and into the stomach.
    • Toothpaste could make the nail become white. Toothpaste was not only making white teeth, but also our nails. Scrape the nail with toothpaste containing bleach, afterwards put it in the water in a given snippet of lemon. Nail that have cropped array will be seen more white and shine.
    • Before the finished bathing, hairs flush with cold water. In addition to fresh, if the habit is often done will make the hair a natural shine.
    • Get used to do small sport every day, despite only 10 minutes. The blood circulation will become smooth, and sports will also make the body more healthy and fresh throughout the day. Do not forget to frequently consume water.
