Here are some types of nutritious and healthy food that have extraordinary benefits to consume, and have a try to consume some of it in a day for your own sake:

Tomato
It’s useful to consume the tomato, why?, this vegetable can improve the immune, against cancer and improve heart health. Tomato contains Lycopene, numerous studies show this vegetable is rich with lycopene, which can reduce the risk of bladder, lung, prostate cancer, skin cancer, stomach cancer and reduce the risk of cumulation plaque in blood vessels.

Carrot
The advantage of the carrot can prevent cancer, enhance immunity, good for eyes health. Most yellow fruits and vegetables, red or member Carotenoid usually rich with fat-soluble compound that is associated with the ability to reduce the risk of cancer diseases, and rheumatism, porous bones.

Yoghurt
Useful against cancer, strengthens bones, improving immune because yogurt contains Probiotic. Not all yogurt contains Probiotic, ensure to read the label when buying and make sure you buy yogurt that contains Probiotic.

Black Soybean
Useful to stimulate muscle growth, stimulate the working brain, heart health. This black beans has very high benefits to enhance the mind compared with other soybeans.

Wheat
Useful to stimulate the brain, heart health and muscle growth. Wheat also rich in carbohydrate, but the sugar released more slowly because of the fiber in wheat.

Spinach
Spinach can be trusted since it increase the sexual passion, beneficial to the growth of muscle, heart health, strengthens bones and good for the eyes health. Spinach can also build biceps muscle because Omega3 fatty acid and folat help reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke and osteoporosis.
