Basic Tips of Face Skin Care
Along with the activities and daily routines, the face muscles will become weak and fall, the circulation will also face obstructed causing wrinkles. That's why the face muscles must often be trained to remain fast and flexible.

Fresh and healthy face is not only for women. The men also still must pay attention to face skin care in order to be shining and free from wrinkles. If you want to be spared from skin problems such as the pallid face and wrinkles, the following steps can be practiced in daily activities:

Consumption of vitamin C
Studies at Tulane University and at several other places show vitamin C can stimulate collagen production, protect skin damage from UVA and UVB rays. Vitamin C also improve pigmentation problems and overcome the inflammation in the skin. However, not all types of vitamin C can provide benefits to the skin. In some recent research, many researchers recommend vitamin C in L-Askorbat acid which have the potential to overcome wrinkling.

Eat fish especially salmon
Fish is one of the best sources of protein. Salmon is one of the very useful, it is recommended for the growth of skin cells. Salmon also known as a source of essential fatty acid known as Omega-3. The skin experts says, essential fatty acid are very important nutrients that make skin keep in young, luminous, and reduce wrinkles.

Use the tamarind fruits
Alpha hydroxy acids, this is a natural acid from the fruit, useful for the layer of dead skin cells.
Alpha hydroxy acids also reduce the lines of face and wrinkling, especially around the eyes. New evidence shows that the high concentration of Alpha hydroxy acids can also help stimulate collagen production.

Eat soybean
Research shows that soybean can help protect and overcome the problems of aging caused by sunlight. Research published in the European Journal of Nutrition stated, soy-based supplements whereas in vitamins, protein, fish, white tea extract, tomato seeds and wine, can improve skin structure and strength after six months.

Sleeping with the recumbent position relies on the back
The American Academy of Dermatology suggest that sleeping with various specific position on the night can cause sleep lines. Wrinkling that occurs on the surface of the skin to become permanent and will not disappear when you wake up. Sleeping with the sideways position can cause wrinkling on the cheek and chin, while the prone position to make brow wrinkled. To avoid the formation of wrinkling, American Academy of Dermatology recommend to sleep recumbent relied on the back.

Do not wash your face too often
According to skin experts from the University of Maryland Medical Center, tap water can damage the oil layer that protects the skin naturally, as well as skin moisturizer that prevent the threat of wrinkles. Washing the face too often means that you erase the natural protective layer. If your face soap does not contain material or protective skin moisturizer, you should use the cream cleanser than the soap.

Drink Cocoa
In a research published in the Journal of Nutrition in 2006, cocoa contains two types of chocolate flavonols, namely epicatchin and catechin. This antioxidant substances protect skin from damage of sunlight, improve circulation in the skin cells, improve hydration, and make the skin keep in soft and luminous.

Do not squint your eyes
American Academy of Dermatology suggests that face movement repeatedly as squint eyes, will make the face muscles work hard, have a contraction that appears below the skin surface, Finally it will be changed to skin wrinkling. Stay make eyes wide, use a glass if necessary. Wear eyeglasses will protect the skin around the eyes from the sun, also avoiding to squint eyes.

Apply basic skin care
If you want to have a young and healthy skin, just begin to apply basic skin care in the treatment such as to avoid the sun, wear sun screen, do not smoke, use a skin moisturizer.
