Research shows that patients who have acne tend to have a level of vitamin A in blood circulation is lower compared with them who do not have the acne. Some people who have acne also tend to have a rate of Vitamin E in low blood.

The Acne usually emerges the first time in teenagers, this is due to hormone changes that cause the increase of oil production to face skin, and various upper extremities, such as chest, back, neck and shoulders. Actually the occurrence of acne is generally caused by a number of other factors resulting from excess oil production and bacterial infection.

Before you do the face skin care, you should first recognize your skin type;
Normal Skin
Usually on the forehead, nose, and chin produced excessive oil, and the pores look bigger. After a face cleaning, cheek skin will feel much tighter.Wrinkling around the eyes, forehead, and top of the lips, as well as the age increase.Skin easily burned by the sun, so as to be seen reddish or brownish.

Oily skin
Generally have big pores. Face Skin looks shiny. Contraction on the face is slower rather than other types of skin.

Dry Skin
Easy to be peeled off and burned if being affected to the sunlight. Easily get irritation or itchy in the cold air. Forehead, nose and chin, sometimes as being scaly, face skin feels tight immediately after being cleaned. Contraction appear more quickly, not only on the face, but also to other body skin.

Sensitive Skin
Easily get irritation when using certain cosmetics or being affected to the sunlight. Skin is generally dry and impressed very thin. Skin will be very tight immediately after cleaning.

Here are the early steps to prevent the emergence of acne;
Avoid excess sweat on the face too long, if get sweat, it should be better cleaned quickly. Consumption of vitamin C and foods that contain zinc, avoid foods that cause increased production of oil, such as fatty food. Apart of preventing the acne emergence, reduce fatty foods will prevent hypertension.Doing exercise or physical activities, drink more water and avoid excessive stress because it can be triggered more acne. Use face soap that contains Benzoyl Peroxide consistently, try not to change the face soap frequently. If it is being affected by acne, avoid your finger to press the acne, because it will cause the spread of infection and can leave black spots on your face.
