Our Health Always Seems Much More Valuable to Us After We Lose It

Many people claim that their health is of paramount importance to them, but they are not willing to spend some money on health coach or a gym membership or put some effort into a regular exercise program. You May Ask yourself: "What do I do now, today, to ensure my functional abilities for the next 20, 30, 40 or more years?" If the answer is "nothing" or "very little", you're in big trouble.

With almost every piece of vigorous activity removed from our modern-day life, machines do our chores, machinery for performing manual tasks, a car to transport us around, the food on supermarket shelves, we do not have to lift a finger to succeed in our world.

But we have forgotten something - the human body? Hardwired for tens of thousands of years, for carrying large amounts of vigorous activity or "work" as it once was known. This capability has enabled us to survive in a harsh, dangerous, physical world of our ancestors was a reality.

Nothing has changed for our bodies, they are still programmed to be a stimulating chemical messengers trigger intense physical effort to provide instructions for each cell in our bodies to repair and replace themselves. You see the physical movement system that says this body is required to hunt and feed and take care of the family.

If there is enough movement for the delivery of the signal system is programmed to go into shut down mode in order to make room for others who need the funds available. That's true performance and is what allowed the human race to prosper. This method involves close accelerated aging and a higher risk of disease as the protection of good health has fallen away.

If we keep sending the right signals to the stations will remain strong and will be repaired and replaced all the while being told the body strength, endurance, strength, thinness, fitness and health is needed.

can not expect to be healthy by the doctor and medication reliant - a pill for your blood pressure, cholesterol pills, and pills for sugar in the blood. Come on, this is not health care. You would not need medication if they are healthy. I do not believe that your health insurance will keep you healthy, or - to be paid only for sickness care. Is not it a bit late to be called "health care ?"

Everything in life is moving in the direction - or is it getting better, or is it getting worse. How is your health now compared to five years ago, which is likely to be like five years from now? If it is important for you there's one thing you should be doing and that the proper exercise program that includes strength training exercises.

This is the only type of exercise that will keep your muscles, bones, joints, heart, immune system and every cell in your body strong and healthy. Forget low-intensity cardio exercise such as walking, swimming, cycling, etc. These activities are a recreational and a great addition to an active lifestyle, but does not replace proper exercise program.

Type

After you take some responsibility for their health and well-being is a little awkward, but consider this. How embarrassing would that be life threatening, life shattering medical diagnosis? How boring would that I had to find time for doctors, tests, specialists, hospitals and surgeons? How much emotional stress, anger, frustration, fear and worry will this situation because you?

would not do so much more sense to simply do what your body needs to stay healthy and spend 2-3 hours a week on the right exercise program? If you agree with this make sure you get a fitness professional to set this program to teach correct technique of exercise, intensity, duration and frequency. Your program should be monitored and changed frequently.

Achieving and having health throughout your life can be easier than you think, but it does not include that they are willing to work on it. Consider these rules as a gift to those you love, because they would like to be around for a very long time.
