Easy Diet
Simple diet without costs it’s very easy to do, the way you must do is how to avoid getting eat at night. Because, eat at night is open the potential for fat.

How to prevent eating at night:
- Ensure that you consume 5 or 6 small portions of food daily, consisting of carbohydrate, protein, vegetables and fruits. Try eat proper portions in the day, so at night you do not perturbed hunger.

- Drink some water when suddenly you want to eat at night. Perhaps, desire to eat is a sign of dehydration, so you feel hungry. Better to drink a glass of cold water to remove the hunger.

- Do not let your mind dazed in the evening. Because of this condition will trigger you to eat. Better do many activities before sleep; read books, submerged of warm water, or a sport in the gym.

- Trying to sleep more quickly, than you sleep late at night that will allow the hunger appear.
