Prevention of Disease
There were various infectious diseases in and around us, there are some categories, it's incoming light, and incoming weight category. These diseases can be caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi, etc.

Generally, there are 2 categories of disease, that is transmitted diseases and the disease is not contagious. The disease is not contagious such as, heart attack, hypertension, diabetes, osteoporosis, rheumatism, etc.

1. Lightweight Disease Category
Influenza, Diarrhea, Sore Throat, Skin Disease, Sore Eyes, and others.

2. Weight Disease Category
Dengue Fever, HIV/AIDS, Measles, Chickenpox, Typhus, Tuberculosis (TB), Malaria, Bird Flu, SARS, and others.

3. Sexual Category
Sexual organs can also be affected by the disease, Gonorrhea. The most frightening is caused by HIV/AIDS.

Disease Transmission Methods
  • Transmission of various diseases, which are through direct contact, through the intermediary or animal dung.
  • Flu, Sore Throat, Diarrhea, TB, is transmitted through air, direct contact, drinking and eating in one place with the sufferer.
  • Chickenpox, Measles, Skin Diseases, Leprosy, Anthrax, usually transmitted through touch (skin contact), the former blanket or the towel that has been used by the sufferer.
  • The disease Dengue Fever, Malaria, spread directly by the mosquitoes bite that has bitten the sufferer.
  • HIV/AIDS, is transmitted through sexual intercourse, blood transfusion, the use of syringes with the same people.
  • Bird Flu, Leptospirosis, Rabies, Plague, be transmitted through animals, either through the air, animal dung, and so forth.
  • Polio, spread through human waste.
  • Sore Eyes, spread through direct contact (face to face each other).
  • Hepatitis B, C, be transmitted through blood transfusion, etc.
  • Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Herpes, is transmitted through sexual intercourse.
Various infectious diseases is around us, but we might not frightened, as long as we can maintain the cleanliness and health of our body. Therefore it is better to prevent than treated.

The following steps you can do for prevention:
  • Get used to wash hands before eating. Sometimes this is often considered trivial, but actually this is very important, because when the dirty hands attached on food, dirt can be merged into the body.
  • Maintain environmental hygiene, especially where you live, either in the home and in the home page.
  • Eat food with nutrition and a balanced nutrition.
  • Adequate rest.
  • Take a sport at least 2 times a week, if you do not have more time, try to move, for example, you can ascend the emergency stairs and does not need to use the elevator in the office or go to the shopping center.
