How to burn more calories?
How can I burn more calories..? Move more. Scurry from the parking lot to the office is one of the fastest and easiest way to burn calories. But there is still not, better than the aerobic sports, which spend a lot of energy, such as running, swimming, biking, and walking. Why so? Because of the aerobic still cause the body to burn calories for up to 24 hours after the sport itself ended.

Next exercise is a burden, especially heavy lift. The difference is with the burden lift, heavy lift is usually done while the back pressure on the stomach muscles while doing the above. In addition, drink green tea or black tea that contain caffeine. Caffeine causes the body to obtain a false impression as if the body is still moving out so much more. Last, eat less unless often. And do not forget breakfast. People do not eat breakfast tend to be more at dinner hour, so that incoming calories more than the daily requirement.
