Calcium needs vary widely in each phase of someone's life. After the period of pregnancy, does not mean that calcium needs to stop. Needs of calcium for children, adolescents, and elderly are a must, why?, children aged 5-7 years to reach 20% the size of human adult and accumulate 45% of calcium organ.
