Starting HealthCare.Gov web site, the White House rolled out in record time, a platform that will likely be the new health insurance exchanges promised in 2014. In the meantime, HealthCare.Gov the Americans with important new health insurance information and early first October, will showcase pre-2014 exchange of species. HealthCare.Gov rolled out as currently providing some impressive first steps in making health insurance available to many of those currently uninsured.
HealthCare.Gov provides as follows:
- the deadlines for implementation of the health care affordability, which describes each provision of the Act, each when it enters into force;
- health insurance options for all 50 states and the District of Columbia, and
- compare the quality of water that promises the quality of care and outcome information for the nation's hospitals

.existing state insurance plan offers new coverage options for individuals who were uninsured for at least six months due to the current situation. Some states decided to set up and administer their existing conditions coverage plan - individuals in countries not opting for it will be eligible for the plan established by the Department of Health and Human Services. existing state policy provides a bridge until 2014 when the pre-existing conditions will be required by law to be covered by all insurance carriers.
Effective 23rd September 2010, the Health Care Availability Act puts in place a number of important provisions, including:
- coverage for young people under their parents plan until they reach the age of 26 years,
- coverage for preventive services such as mammograms and colonoscopies without charge deductible, co-pay or coinsurance,
- insurance companies will be banned from the abolition of coverage when individuals covered by the sick,
- insurance companies will be prohibited from imposing restrictions on the duration of dollars on essential benefits such as hospital stay,
- the annual limits on coverage will be governed,

.major changes may not come until the promised health insurance exchange was established in January 2014th Beginning in 2014, a competitive health insurance market will be established through which individuals and small businesses will be able to buy affordable health insurance. These markets will be very much like the current federal employees health benefits program that serves over 10 million federal employees, retirees and their family members - including members of Congress. Tax relief for many middle class individuals and families as well as small businesses, will begin to further sweeten the deal.
While the 2014 sounds like a long time off, and it is, here's scoop. Starting from 1 October 2010, HealthCare.Gov will provide detailed comparative information about health insurance plan, including pricing information for dozens of health insurance plans that are being made available in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
Indications are that while Republicans talk about elimination of health care affordability, health insurance industry is embracing new HealthCare.Gov market in a big way. Stay tuned and check out the new HealthCare.Gov website.
