Soy Milk - Does it Make You Fat?

Of all the different health food crazes are in existence, soy milk is probably one of the most unusual. Many people are considering to be the perfect answer to cow's milk, especially if they suffer from lactose intolerance or other milk sensitivity. the media is certainly chimed in to add your opinion about the alleged health benefits of this product, which has led to many more people making the switch from soybeans, but it's really a healthy choice? Better yet, the question should really be asked is, soy milk does not make you fat?


The answer to this question may surprise you, especially if you were listening to the mainstream of dieting and exercise. Understand the true nature of soy milk and that the overall effect on your health, it is necessary for you to look back at the history of soy. In order for you to do this, you will need to look at ancient Chinese culture, where, according to available records, the strain was first used.


Many of us look to ancient Chinese medicine in order to find ways to take care of our disease in a natural way. It's a little surprising to us, then, when we discovered that they actually had an opinion on soy and soy-based products. In fact, they were the first to ferment soybeans to make tofu, but interestingly, they rarely use soy products like soy milk. Why? One of the reasons why it is so unsafe as a food source is because it is genetically modified more than almost any other food on the planet. In addition, it contains more pesticides than anyone should be exposed to in life. As a matter of fact, some of the soy is genetically modified so that they could be loaded with pesticides, not to influence them how their growth is concerned.


When you put those toxins in your body, it makes it difficult for your body to maintain its overall health. As a result, we become overweight, sluggish and our health declines considerably. If you want to maintain a higher level of health, avoid this product because it contains health benefits that will be taken into account, according to what is passed around by diet and weight loss industry.
