Peek In My Medicine Cabinet for Fat Loss and Spectacular Health

If you look inside my medicine cabinet, you will see why Big Pharma may have ended with too many guys like me around. large pharmaceutical companies need to hate guys like me. Let me explain.


I had checked my medicine cabinet after my older sister recently sent me one of those e-mails about baby boomers getting older, and things are supposedly all are getting as they age, or to be taken . While I enjoyed the humor, I said to myself, I do not take any of those things. None. Is this true, I wondered.


to see, I checked my medicine cabinet and drawer in my bathroom. I was right. There was not a prescription drug or something like that, nothing.


I'm not boast, it is simply true. I take no prescription drugs. No blood pressure or cholesterol medicine. My medicine cabinet does not contain any drugs of any kind, prescription, over the counter, off the net, nothing.


No laxatives. No Joint juice or other such drugs creaky bones, and I'm at the age where apparently people need you. Speaking of which, without Viagra or other erection pills. Again, I do not boast, but I never had the slightest need for such products. I am old, but I'm healthy, as Shakespeare says in Richard III.


I do not even have aspirin. What am I? Really boring stuff. Band-aids. Contact lens solution. skin moisturizer. Dental floss. Toothpaste. Anti-bacterial ointment for cuts. Deodorant.


As I said, annoying things, but not drugs, prescription drugs or any other kind of medical drugs or drinks, not even a headache medication of any kind. I do not get headaches, and rarely have aches or pains.


As I write this in April, I sailed healthfully through the past flu season, which I read was a nasty one, without the flu without the flu. I did not catch a cold this past cold season and I rarely do any time. I can not remember the last time I was sick. But I know it's not for long.


I remember the last time I went to the doctor. It was an emergency trip to the hospital for appendicitis, more than 22 years.


If you ask for what I attribute my health spectacular, the answer is simple: my balanced, plant-eating whole, fresh, natural foods and lots of great, fun outdoor exercise. My main drink is pure, filtered water. I eat no junk food, fast food, or any refined foods. Just a whole, natural foods, nothing taken away, nothing added. Food as an adult.


I adhere to strict rules of conduct in the field of nutrition. Only premium fuel goes into my body. I like real food, nutrient-dense, delicious colors, natural food.


Not only is my diet and exercise program great for fat loss and fitness, but for the overall health of spectacular. I honestly believe that the most important thing we do every day is what you eat and drink. A large outdoor exercise is just as important.


What I do not eat, drink or take just as important for my program. I do not eat meat, fish, poultry, dairy products of any kind, or eggs. I do not eat fast food or processed, refined, packaged foods. I eat whole, natural foods, nothing added, nothing taken away.


I drink protein shakes and energy drinks. No coffee, drinks with caffeine or alcohol. These drinks with caffeine, by the way, include all the false energy drinks are laced with caffeine. And on my list of drinks I never drink sodas, including diet sodas, iced tea drinks, ice coffee drinks, as well as boosting drinks like ensure and encourage.


I do not take fat blaster pills of any kind, or vitamins or supplements. I believe it is important for those who do not eat animals or animal products to make sure you get adequate amounts of vitamin B-12. I get mine from eating nutritional yeast, which differs from brewers yeast. I developed a love for the nutritional yeast and enjoy several different dishes. Vitamin B-12 is also available in food was found in supplement form.


I recently took a fitness test gave the American College of Sports Medicine and has achieved the highest possible score for 20 to 29-year-olds.
