Here are some easy health tips that will help you and your family maintain good health.


Make it a daily effort to move more than the previous day. Use the stairs instead of elevators or escalators. Take your dog for a walk. Chase your kids, throw the ball around with friends. Mow the lawn. If you can not do anything to move your body, do it. No need to go to the gym - just use your feet and your hands more than usual

Pour out the fat from your diet. Avoid fatty meats and burgers. Eat low-fat version of cream, milk, cheese, cheese and ice cream. Eat limited amounts of sauces, butter, margarine, mayonnaise, sandwich meats and nuts. Most foods are now available at low or restricted-fat versions, so try them out.

Stay of high-traffic areas, stay away from the highway breathing smoke, and not an exercise in high-traffic neighborhood. Do not exercise outdoors when smog levels low, but the workout indoors when there is a lot of smog. Plant shrubs in your yard or common area, and grow plants indoors, in order to take in carbon dioxide and release oxygen.


When you drive, or ride in the car, always wear seatbelts. You will probably live longer, based on statistics. They can help you add the opportunity not to be badly hurt if you have a wreck.


Avoid drinking excessively. One glass of wine may be beneficial for your overall health, in reducing the risk of heart disease, but more than that can cause problems in your kidneys and liver.
