When I was younger, I used to sing a major work in public and make money from it. a bad cold, therefore, meant to hurt voice, equal to no income. In those days, I believed in the curative powers of many drugs and so every time a cold attack, I have the usual "stuff a cold and starve a fever". What's worse is that it's usually me too much time to recover from an attack that left me unable to perform and earn a living. There is this very important concert, then I had to be done in conjunction with others. I was so excited because it was a bit of time gig. All forms of advertising have been exhausted for the event and the place has long been prepared. Suddenly, three days before the expected performance, I caught a terrible cold.
I went to the manager of the affair and joined my sad trouble. Fortunately, the manager was a physician who was not overly confident curative powers of medicines. And he was the one who introduced me to "fast cure" that is, when I practice is afflicted with one. I was advised to get hungry and eat anything, but I can drink all the water I can until my heart rate and body temperature returned to normal. I was also advised to rest in bed for about three days and he promised me I'd be as good as new after that. I was told not to listen to my family, relatives and doctors say if I eat to get my strength back. He assured me that I would not grow weak because of lack of food in three days of fasting. I also learned about not being able to digest food and if the person has a fever, so it is advisable, really fast.
I took his advice and the results are exactly as stated. After completing a three-day fast, I was able to join the last rehearsal in the afternoon the big event. And that night I sang my numbers without a trace of a bad cold! In three days I was able to recover fully from the performance of cold through the post, which otherwise would have taken me much longer if I succumbed to a purely medical decision.
digestive disorders are caused by various factors. Eat a lot and eat more than you need is a common cause. Other factors include hasty and improper diet. These two I have caused about 80% of indigestion. Then there is a tobacco or cigar after a meal, "treats" and a business-first-before-meal attitude.
I have a very good appetite and digestion, although some things can cause it to falter once in a while. In these cases, I eventually resorted to fasting to give my stomach a few days of rest. To my fever, catarrhal problems and a bad cold and glandular disorders, having never fails to make me go back up. Post can help cleanse the digestive system. This can be done through monitoring capable of nurses, without causing any other commercial medicine. Under these conditions satisfactory treatment, is almost certain.
My summary is that, as I said, that the difference between starving and fasting lies in the mental attitude. beneficial effect of fasting is that it gives your stomach needs a break from any kind of indigestion. While the "bad cold" clogging trash or excess material is burned up and eliminated from the body and glandular structures are very much in the same manner in which this is achieved by the end of the long-term systematic exercise.
only danger in the mail system, if not too long duration, seems to lie in its termination. Taper off gently and do not gorge. Do this and no harm will result. At the end of four days after I took, I've eaten in moderation, grape juice, well-cooked rice, peas and carrots. The next day I ate everything I liked, provided that I chewed slowly and properly.
